Job Description
Electrical Engineering at Kimberly-Clark requires application, design, development, project management and troubleshooting skills to design, build, test and support equipment for manufacturing of consumer and business to business health and hygiene products.

Engineers work as part of a team under the direction of an engineering or operations team leader. Project size and financial responsibility increases with experience, including potential leadership of engineering teams and large capital or developmental projects. Also, positions in operations, maintenance and other functional areas are available for potential growth opportunities.

  Qualifications:
  
• A Bachelor’s (or MS) of Electrical Engineering or Electrical Engineering Technology degree is required.
  
• Min. 2 years experience in a manufacturing, or equipment design for manufacturing environment.
  
• High Level of Initiative and a Global business perspective
  
• Ability to provide innovative contributions in a TEAM Environment
  
• Effective Communication Skills with the ability to discuss technical issues in a business environment
  
• The ability to adapt to rapidly changing business priorities and assignments.
